About Thomas Brownbill
After completing his BSc in Psychology, Tom moved into recruitment and has since built experience across several sectors including recruiting for the space industry. He’s worked with candidates at every stage of the hiring journey, managed end‑to‑end processes, and developed a strong understanding of how people, teams and organisational systems fit together. This mix of sectors and responsibilities has given him a practical, people‑centred view of what makes workplaces run effectively.
Outside of work, he is happiest outdoors. Tom has been sailing since the age of nine and enjoys hiking, climbing and most water sports. Music is another big passion of his, and he plays drums for a rock band, with tracks available on Spotify, Apple Music and Amazon Music.
